Yes. Pitchers are encouraged to participate and receive velocity readings.

Yes! We need catchers. If we have more than one catcher in the group, they will also receive at bats. Please make sure to wear a cup and bring all catchers gear.

Pitching slots are typically time based, with each session split between 2–3 pitchers depending on attendance. Our goal is to maximize live at bats during the 1 hour session, so pitchers are encouraged to arrive early and get fully warmed up beforehand. Once your slot begins, you will have approximately 5 minutes to get ready before facing hitters. Pitch counts can also be monitored upon request.

We currently do not have sessions for every age group. If you want to see your athletes age group added, please join the waitlist

Please bring all equipment needed to hit in a game, along with water for the session. Pitchers should also bring their glove and any preferred warm up tools. No cleats allowed.

Live AB Club is designed primarily to provide game like reps and development opportunities, so instruction will typically be brief and focused on adjustments, approach, and execution during live at-bats rather than full private style lessons.
