Lesson FAQ

All lessons are held in a private backyard cage. The exact address is shared after booking.

Make sure to bring all the gear you need for your lesson type. This may include a bat, batting gloves, helmet, glove, water, etc. Rubber cleats or turf shoes are okay, but metal spikes are not allowed in the cage.

Parents are welcome to stay and watch, or drop off and pick up at the end of the session. Whatever works best for you and your athlete.

You can schedule directly through the website using the Schedule page. Lessons are first-come, first-served. Feel free to contact me directly with any scheduling questions.

A buddy lesson is a 60-minute session shared by 2 players (friends or siblings). It’s a fun way to get reps in with a partner while still receiving personal instruction.

Yes — coaching is available throughout the year. In the event of extreme weather (heat or rain), sessions may be rescheduled.

Lessons are tailored to each player but typically include mechanical drills, timing work, mechanical adjustments, and mental strategy development. The goal is to improve each rep — not just get reps in.
